2018 That’s a Wrap!
Just taking some time off after 16 gigs in 17 days over the Xmas and New Year period. 196 gigs in 2018. Original shows for my album release and tour, shows with my Irish band The Gathering, shows at old folks dementia ward, and venues up and down the coast every single wkend of the year. The album journey was a huge one to complete, took huge effort, both mentally and financially. And I had one of my main venues go into liquidation in August owing a lot money. That was a big lesson and coming so soon in the aftermath of the album completion, my mental health took a beating. Thanks to my friend & manager Fran for putting me on to @supportact for some counselling when it was needed, to my gorgeous Amanda and kids for ❤️ in my everyday life and to ALL of YOU for coming to gigs time and time and time again. I look back now and I’m proud to have completed another year doing something I love and believe in. Here’s to 2019 💖📷 taken from upcoming music video for A Million Star by @beer.cinematography #musicianlife #supportact #goodfriends #2018 #amillionstars
